Cosmos Workspace is open 24/7, 365 days a year for members only and by appointment/reservation for non-members. We understand that our members may have different schedules and we want to provide them with the flexibility to work whenever they need to. Regular business hours open to the public is 9am - 5pm. Walk-ins welcome but we do prefer scheduled tours that last 20 minutes for all prospective members and long-term tenants. Tours may be requested by filling out the JOIN US form.
Yes, we have ample free parking space available on-site facing 10th Street, facing Laurel Ave, on-street in the direction of traffic on Laurel Ave., and in the rear of our building for our members and visitors during normal business hours 8am - 5pm.
Yes, members are allowed to bring guests to Cosmos Workspace all they need to do is check-in with the QR Code at the front desk and in the message indicate who they are here to see. However, guests must follow our community guidelines (Terms and Conditions of Use) and be accompanied by the member at all times. Otherwise, visting coworkers staying for work are able to purchase a Day Pass or Evening Pass if and when they stay to use the facilites for work purposes. Questions regarding non-member access to facilites may be addressed to the community manager on duty or by sending an email.

Most rooms have a whiteboard, 75” rolling monitor, conference table for up to 6 six people, charging station and a side desk for extra workspace.
